IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: Proper system design is required for reliable and safe operation of distributed control systems incorporating Control Solutions products. It is extremely important for the user and system designer to consider the effects of loss of power, loss of communications, and failure of components in the design of any monitoring or control application. This is especially important where the potential for property damage, personal injury, or loss of life may exist. By using any Control Solutions, Inc., product, the user has agreed to assume all risk and responsibility for proper system design as well as any consequence for improper system design.
RESELLERS: Quantity discounts are available to recognized system integrators and OEMs. Register online to become established as a reseller. Additional credit information will be requested via US Mail to establish an open account.
TERMS: We accept online credit card payments via our secure server, or via PayPal. We also accept purchase orders on open accounts once established. Terms are net 30 days, without exception, on open accounts. Prices are US$ and FOB White Bear Lake, MN, USA. Purchase orders submitted without prior account establishment will not be honored. Allow 2 weeks for processing of open credit application. First time international orders must be paid via credit card or wire transfer. Open credit is granted to international companies only upon providing US based credit references.
Sales are direct from White Bear Lake, Minnesota, USA. Orders may be faxed to 651-426-4418 or emailed to sales@csimn.com. Do not email credit card numbers. Use PayPal or secure online processing of credit cards when ordering online.
Blanket orders are accepted for up to a 1-year schedule with minimum release quantities of 20% of blanket quantity. Quantity discount applies to blanket quantity.
WARRANTY: All Control Solutions products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from date of shipment from factory. Defective units will be repaired or replaced, at manufacturer’s discretion, at no cost to user except when negligence or improper use has resulted in damage. The express warranty stated herein is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by Control Solutions, Inc.
RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied for any reason with a Control Solutions product, including does not fit your requirements, you may return it for a full refund of the product price paid up to 30 days past the date of the sale provided the product is returned undamaged and in like-new condition. Damage sustained in shipping should be brought to the attention of the shipper immediately upon receipt of shipment so that an insurance claim may be filed. Returns past 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Returns for refund past 12 months may not be made.
WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT: Control Solutions will accept wire transfers for purchases over US$1,500. Purchases under US$1,500 must be made with a credit card. Control Solutions will absorb the portion of the wire transfer fee charged by its bank only. You must pay for all fees (from the originating bank and any intermediate banks) applied to the wire transfer before it arrives at our bank. The entire purchase price must arrive at our bank.
Note: International wire transfers typically involve a minimum of three banking institutions -- the originating bank, an intermediary bank, and a receiving bank. One fee is paid by you to the originating bank (your bank), and a fee is paid by us to the receiving bank (our bank). These fees are unavoidable.
There may be an intermediary bank in the destination country will deduct a third fee from the transfer amount that the customer requested, and the vendor (Control Solutions) does not receive the full amount that you requested. This fee is avoidable if the originating bank selects an intermediary bank with which they have a "no fee" agreement. When you arrange a wire transfer transaction with your bank, you must ask ahead of time if they have a "no fee" agreement with the intermediary bank in the receiving bank's country. If not, you need to make arrangements with another bank who can (or will) use a "no fee" intermediary bank.
If your bank cannot or will not use a "no fee" intermediary bank, and you cannot or will not make arrangements through an alternate bank, you must tell us BEFORE you arrange the wire transfer. We will add US$25 to the invoiced purchase price to cover the intermediary bank's fee. Under no circumstances will Control Solutions absorb the intermediary bank's fee from the invoiced purchase price.
ONLINE ORDERING: Simply click on "Buy Online" where you see the item you wish to order. Our most popular items are available for online ordering. Some items are available only in customized OEM packages. Contact sales@csimn.com if you do not see an online order button for the item you desire.
PAYPAL PAYMENT: Amounts under $2000 may be paid immediately through PayPal with a major credit card. Credit card payment or direct bank account transfer of larger amounts via PayPal may be made after your account has been verified by PayPal, which typically takes 2-3 days.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Amounts up to your credit limit may be paid with a major credit card through the online credit card processing on the checkout page.
SHIPPING: Orders must be received by Noon Central Time for same day shipping. We ship domestic and international via UPS or USPS/EMS. We do not ship via FedEx or DHL. If you require shipment by courier other than UPS or USPS/EMS, you need to arrange for a pickup once we notify you that your order is ready for pickup. Allow extra time for couriers other than UPS or USPS. Shipping fees are entirely at the discretion of the courier. Control Solutions will not be held liable for descrepancies in couriers published rates, or availability of shipping options which change from time to time.
CUSTOMS: Customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs fees. Customs fees are beyond the control of Control Solutions. Customs fees are NOT included in shipping charges. You must
pay customs in your country when you receive the shipment.
SECURITY: Payments may be made through PayPal or through our own SSL secure payment processing gateway. Credit card processing represented on Control Solutions web site is managed through USA ePay. Control Solutions web site is scanned daily for security verification. Credit card data is not stored on our server. It is transmitted in encrypted form to the credit card processing gateway for payment.
When payments are made through PayPal, Control Solutions does not receive your credit card number. PayPal notifies us immediately when payment is received from you. There is no cost to you for using PayPal.
TELEPHONE ORDERS: You may fax or call in your order, and give us your credit card verbally if you do not wish to use PayPal.
