The goal of i.CanDoIt® is to provide a simple and cost effective facility management and remote monitoring solution suitable for use in small sites. i.CanDoIt®
includes template or rule
based alarm processing with email notification and/or I/O activation in
response to events. The resulting register manipulation may generate network
communication with remote devices, control local I/O, or change
setpoints. The i.CanDoIt® is programmable, even though it is rather powerful without programming.
The i.Board2
is the second member of Control Solutions' i.Board family. For all
those applications where you need the sophistication of an Internet
Appliance but only have a handful of points to monitor, i.Board is the
answer. Now you can combine the universal inputs of i.Board2 with any
variety of I/O that communicates Modbus RTU. Web enable power meters,
flow meters, or any other smart sensor that talks Modbus.
Control Solutions’ i.Board2 with i.CanDoIt®
features 8 inputs which accept analog input from thermistors or 0-10V
sensors, or discrete input from dry contact switches. i.Board2 also
provides a serial port supporting Modbus RTU over RS-485 or RS-232.
Input
data is presented in scaled integer and floating point format.
Linearization tables are provided for 10K and 20K type II, III, and IV
thermistors on analog inputs. Input scaling is configured in web pages
served by the internal web server.
